I finished a simple stone hut as a bit of practice this weekend.

The PDF is scaled for 28mm gaming, but you can print it smaller if you wish.

It can be downloaded for free from my blog post.

Enjoy.

Rod,

Excellent job on the stonework! That is one of the best looking stone textures I have seen.I look forward to seeing more scenery like this!

Nice job, well done, the stone texture is very nice done.

Do mind a small bit of advice? Make the roof about 1/4 of a inch bigger, and then fold the ends under, so you don't end up with white card showing under the roof eves.

EW, thanks. I've actually been thinking about doing the roof thing you mentioned. I'll need to reverse the texture and add a few more fold lines after I make the expanded sections.

I also need to find a good thatch texture base to work from. CG Textures has a few that aren't so much what I was picturing. I'll have to broaden the search.

Also here's a new model from last night's experimentation. It can be down loaded from the same blog post as well.

Enjoy.
