Can anyone share companies or links to 28mm wrecked cars and trucks (for battlefield terrain)? Thanks in advance |

I have got some broken toy cars from charity shops around 1/50 to 1/43 scale. I also find the matchbox superkings useful as they have a lot of trucks in the range and they work for 25mm – 28mm.I got a very nice superkings Unimog. Got hold of some broken model kits of WW2 trucks and a halftrack in 1/50 1/48 scale from fee-bay.Have not done anything with them yet as my boy may want the opel Maultier for his 40k orks. |

Punch 1/43 into eBay and see what comes up
look for used and second hand stuff in flea markets junk shops etc
raid the kids toy box (always worth a look!) |

You can wrap a toy car in a few layers of tin foil, then carefully remove the car, filling the mould with plaster. When it dries, remove the plaster and you have a wrecked car! |

Ainsty Casting Company used to do some really nice ones years ago when Mike Brooks ran it but I don't know if they are still available. Might be worth a look. |
