It looks like a pretty remarkable device.

I'm not sure how quickly this tech will be implemented but if you look at that model of the Eiffel tower the terrain implications are pretty impressive.

I'm sure people more skilled and inventive at scratch building terrain or sculpting models will have all kinds of ideas for it.

Even just making weapons for your plastic or metal figures. Make a little spear pattern on a piece of paper and draw spear after spear after spear.

I don't know what kind of plastic it uses but if you use a black or brown plastic you might be set to begin with or near to it.

So, its a hot melt glue gun that is filled with a standard 3D printer plastic 'wire'. I have a few busted hot glue guns somewhere, if I didn't throw them out, and the neighbour has access to quantities of the plastic wire. May have to experiment…..
