So I've used the Simple Green green coloured cleaning liquid to great success for stripping paint off models . Recently the local store has stopped stocking the green stuff , will the orange stuff work just as well ? Apart from making my models smell citrus fresh ? cheers Tom |

I really can't say, but I would compare the ingredients. |

You can also use Purple Power, which in my opinion works better. |

I've used it to strip mostly microarmor and works pretty well, though it's hard to get paint out of some of the tighter spots. |

If you plan to use it on plastics, be very careful. I've tried some environmentally friendly citrus cleaners on plastic and they tend to melt it. |

Be sure its not paint stipper. That will melt plastic and might etch some metals |
