I am trying to find contact information or one of both of these chaps. They wrote a set of rules back in 1992 entitled H.E.I.C. & Co. that I obtained in a purchase from Hal Thinglum a few years ago. The rules are very small, being of pamphlet size and consisting of a handful of pages. I have many questions regarding the rules mechanics as the rules are very stripped down (for example, one has no idea how many figures should be mounted on an artillery base, and artillery fire seems to be conducted by the number of figures in the battery).

I want to expand the rules to cover the Indian Mutiny as I believe they will give a very fast moving game on a scale (1:60) that seems to work for me.

Any help on how to contact either of these gentlemen would be appreciated. PM me here or email preds81 at yahoo.

Thanks!

Giving this a bit of a bump…anyone know these chaps? The following names are also mentioned in the rules:

Chris Hansen
Earl Ashford
Robin Ellis

If anyone knows how to reach any of these folks, please let me know or let them know I am looking to contact them about these rules.
