Both the acqusition violations, use of a contract hiring of the lady with a salary above the defined limits, who was then put in a defacto supervisory position over Federal employees and finance violations ammount to immediate bye-bye activities in the current environment.

I believe he should count himself lucky to not be Involuntarly recalled to active duty for an Article 32 Investigation – that wouldn't be an easy thing to sit through.
