I am truly in awe! She is a sweet looking ship she is. It has been a pleasure watching the progress.

Very nice! Now you just need to run her through a few shakedown exercises and then she'll be ready for service…

"Another half-dozen or so models and I will be able to put on a game!"

Er, how big a space are you going to play?

I voted for all grey but have to say I love the colour scheme. Great work. Whats next?

Well, I'm hoping Anton cranks out a China Station gunboat, the canvas awnings are quite interesting.

A couple Lewis guns or Gatlings, and a pair of 3" guns.

Lion are you looking for one of those "low-freeboard with a giant deckhouse" ones a-la Sand Pebbles? My mind has been wandering in the area of monitors lately, a Yangtze River boat might be interesting………

Lion in the Stars10 Feb 2013 11:09 p.m. PST

Yes, that's the idea.

Probably have to make the canvas awnings detachable, in order to get hands in to move crewminis around, though.

IIRC Osprey did a book on just such vessels a little while back, time to head to my library to see what I can find………

Great stuff as usual Anton!
