Here is report from my first battle with Modern Spearhead rules using Oddział Ósmy 1:600 miniatures (and some shameful proxies ;( These are very good rule set. Something i looked for a long time. They balance command and friction of a battle in a nice way and have feel. Battlefield:

I could have attacked from the other side. But I wanted to see tank shells and ATGM fly unobstructed while learning new system. As to terrain I lack it in this scale yet, But i think that battle played in nice way with long range barrage in the beginning, and closer combats when tanks were suppressed, chased away.. |
