I want to confirm the organization of these units such as the Pavlov grenadiers. The OOBs I see show three battalions. Two were the grenadiers and one was made up of the fusiliers wearing a shorter mitre. Can someone confirm?

I think it is reversed. That is, a grenadier regiment has one grenadier battalion and two fusilier battalions.

Ah, you might be right. I found the organiztion for musketeer and jager battalions but not he grenadiers.

JonFreitag thank you great information, I found confirmation in an old TMP thread as well.
