Hi all,

These are the first 20mm models for WW II that I have ever done. I worked far too long on them for my tastes, but they represent almost every AB infantryman for the Germans, plus a few CP models thrown in to the command squads for variety. I hope you like them!

They look as good as those on the AB website. If I ever decide to do 20mm WWII, I have to use the AB figures.

Those are great Jerry.

Heh. Thanks, all!

Top notch painting. As a recent convert to 20mm, I have to say the model size is the sweet spot when painting infantry. Not too much like 28mm, and not enough like 15mm.

Sweeet..

Not sure how long they took but excellent results…!

Those are excellent. Like iPaint, I find 20MM quite a joy to paint and most of my miniatures are that size. This is after years of painting 28mm and 15mm figures. Just my opinion.

They would have taken a LOT less time to finish had I not done them all at the same time. That stretched the job out a lot since it made it seem so much more daunting. And guess what…? ALL my AB Americans are sitting on my board right now getting painted. I'll never learn!

Haha, I think economies of scale work in reverse when it comes to painting; maybe it feels better to do a lot of a few than a little bit of a lot ?

Anyway, look forward to seeing the Yanks when they're done.

I've done a few hundred 20mm and mine still don't look that good. Nice work, sir!
