Both look excellent, thanks for this. The second book is also available in paperback for £17.00 GBP, copies of the ortiginal hardback are just stupid prices on Amazon (£150 upwards). |

I have the original issue of the Buxton book and it is quite good. I thought that it had recently been reissued in hardback at a reasonable price
