There is nothing like praise as positive re-enforcement for good service, so I thought I would post this. I recently placed an order with Woodrows War Store for some Wargames Factory plastics to flesh out some ancient armies I am working on. Despite the fact that Daryyl at Woodrows was rather harried, he processed the order and I had the items in hand in very little time. However he had accidentally sent me Roman cavalry when I had ordered Celts. I emailed him informing him of the oversight, not overly concerned. Just more or less informing him so his inventory would not be in error. I just thought I would keep the Romans and order more Celts later. Friday afternoon I receive an E-mail from him telling me that he had shipped me the proper set and to keep the others " in case". All I have to say is " OUTSTANDING!" Cheers.
