Sirs,
Gen. Pettygree's Surajistan Field Force is in serious trouble as The Battle of Dongolo continues. Though the first Tug wave was repulsed, casualties are high and he had to make a fateful decision as a second wave appeared here:

10th Hussar Troopers Ham and Corey have been given the most important duty of their careers.

Frankly I am on pins and needles. Friend Chuck L. some say for Lucky, has done a first rate job of troubling General Pettygree.

You will see why in the brief story above. It's a short one advanced as usual by captioned photos. Pictures are truly worth a thousand words. I hope you will agree.

Respectfully,
Bill

PS
Never mind The Super Bowl! Get thee to Dongolo instead at least for a time.

Most thrilling; all the gentlemen at the club are most concerned as to the General's welfare, and of course that of his men. May reinforcements arrive swiftly, and in time!

P.S. Bracegirdle is indeed a wonderful name. It is also a common surname among Hobbits, I believe.

Oh dear.

Pray for God, plenty of ammunition and Colonel Keane's arrival.

After the first session Bill and I decided that there just werent enough natives. So Bill brought out his 100+ fuzzies and I brought over 300+ dervish and some artillery. We may have overdid it a bit. Things could easily go either way though.

Oh, dear. Not good, not good at all!

Ride, troopers, ride like the Devil himself was after you!

Sirs,
I am gratified by your interest in the Generals fate and story. The second enemy wave is in full force and unless circumstances intervene, tonight's game session should see the result. Thank you.
Respectfully,
Bill

Very good stuff. Thanks for posting. I must remind myself it's a game and not a novel.

Here's hoping the dice-gods favor H&C.

Looking forward to it, itīs for stuff like this that all the time spent painting is worthwhile.
