Dear All,

picture

On Thursday, in the spirit of the marking the 200th anniversary of the 1813 Spring campaign, we played a small Lutzen scenario in preparation for a larger game in May…

Fantastic report Sparker, great looking game, nice figs and villages. You also have a really sweet games room there.
Thanks for posting.

Once, I've finished painting up my Bugundians it's back to some Calpe Prussians. I agree, the best Prussian figures.
I've painted 9 battalions, 7 regiments 2 batteries and some command figures already, lots to go though.

Our group is planning on Waterloo in a couple of years. My plan is to paint up Von Bulow's Corps. Most of the cavalry is done, and one brigade. Three more to go.
There's only 24 battalions of Landwehr, and 12 of line/fusilier.

Yes another great looking game Sparker.

Nicely done. Great pics! And, good choice of a battle as we fast approach the 200th anniversary.

Very nice Sparker. Can I ask where you got the battle mat from? Home made or commercial? looks very good. I am in Oz also and looking for a good terrain base for my table tennis table

cheers

Nice work Sparker! Very much regret that I couldn't make it now. Put me down for a French Corps for the anniversary battle.

Hi Dragonfan – terrain mat from The terrain guy – but it does get battered in the postage to Oz as he can't put them in tubes for here….

Thanks Sparker, I had read they looked good-and they do!

Cheers

Those 36 figure battalions look superb as does your gaming den. Great BATREP, thanks for sharing.

Thanks mate – you must come round some time – we'll stick your kiddles in the pool, you can see them from the den…

Unfortunately you can hear them, too!
