For me, the defining image of the Falklands War is of the PBI 'yomping' to Stanley with the Union Flag fluttering in the wind from a soldier's backpack. The Falklands War Memorial of Soldier, Portsmouth, UK, represents that moment perfectly. Co-incidentially, Ebob Miniatures produces a figure of close resembalance.

Raising the Flag at Imo Jima is an obvious example of a similar defing picture of WWII – Pacific War, but what photograph properly defines wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, or other modern wars? Does a miniature exist to resemble said image or would you like to see one produced?

Easy SF on horseback in Afganistan. At the SF Museum at Bragg there are several other pics of different teams in the NW using pack animals and riding horses. Not just that one ODA.
