Colonial Barracks III will be held again at the Sheraton New Orleans/Metairie. The dates this year are Friday November 8 through Sunday November 10 with early check in on Thursday night November 7. Because of VooDoo Fest Oct. 31 – November 3 we had to move the convention to the 2nd weekend in November. More information and details will follow after we get past the Super Bowl next weekend and Mardi Gras on February 12; Laisez les bonne temps roulé! |

And that's Veterans Day weekend so I'll have an additional day off!!! Now maybe I can stay an extra night and see the "new and improved" National WW2 Museum. When last I saw it many years ago it was still the D-Day Museum. Jim |

Oh, the WWII museum is a MUST see. Really folks, it is expanding too. I even have relatives not that interested in history that were very impressed. A VERY modern museum and a great staff! |
