so i'm thinking about campaigns and wondering if anyone has mixed rules and/or scales between games/encounters. i'm thinking about a game using Force on Force trying to destroy AntiAir/SAM with the outcome impacting CY6-JA. |

One of the pleasures of solo games, mix scales, change rules, whatever you like. Played a WWII campaign with Blitzkrieg Commander on land, Victory at Sea for naval battles and Wings of War for the air combat. |

Unfortunately, I'm a solo gamer, and a rules junky, with ADD. Haven't finished a project in years. Spend more time planning, preparing, and thinking about the game (including which rules sets to bash together) than actually playing. Oh, look, shiny

Yes, of course. For our current SF campaign, we are mixing 28mm skirmish, 6mm large battles, full thrust spaceship combat
It's easier if you do a narrative campaign run by a GM. Much more fun as well. |
