this will be part of the kickstarter… and hopefully there will be lots more to follow.

Looks cleanly sculpted with bold lines. Lots of character; I like it – maybe shots from other angles?

id pick it up!

I have not been sent the miniature yet by the sculptor, but I think it's a nice figure to start with, when I have work from the other sculptor then the kickstarter can go live.

That's very nice!

I'd shrink the hands somewhat. Those are very large. Also, add some lace in somewhere, collar or coat … that would set the figure off nicely. Maybe some decoration for the hat. SHe is female, after all.

She's a brigadier, not a young recruit -she reminds me of: YouTube link

Now, look at the young ADC on the left of the picture:

'add some lace in somewhere, collar or coat'
Contemporary example:

A simpler pattern (junior officer?):

Also remember that, while women probably did not wear an Enhancer (Bum roll) when in riding habit,upper-class women routinely wore a corset, with permanent effect on their silhouette (right)

Indeed too often gaming minis suffer from oversized hand and feet (having to do with the casting process?); while on the opposite small hand and feet are deemed feminine: remember 'all the perfumes of Arabia will not sweeten this little hand' and Cinderella's slipper wink

Very nice sculpt.

Thanks for your comments about this, I am having a few personal difficulties at the moment, and the kickstarter has been delayed.

I have two or three other sculpts to be made, and part of the requirement of my kickstarter is that I will seek some of the funding to go towards the new web shop.

I have discussed and made savings on shipping to the states with business advisor.

I hope to launch in very early April, as I am getting more sculpts done.

I hope to have the master mould made for the first round of releases before the kickstarter closes.
