Just a quick note to praise the service from Lancashire Games
I wanted to get some 15mm ECW figures for use with Regiment of Foote for a game for the Pike & Shot Society
[so not a huge order, £160.00 GBP for around 350 foot, 170 horse and 8 guns]
Worked out the two forces required, e-mailed a few questions to Allan to get the composition correct and got responses the same day / overnight.
Placed the order Thursday, Allan confirmed he'd cast them over the weekend and post them Monday with 48 hour post.
And he was as good as his word.
The only let down was it took parcel force on their 48 hour service from Monday to Friday to actually deliver them!
But given the snow around I guess we'll have to let them off that one.
So from initial contact to final delivery was under 10 days!
Now if I can only paint them as fast …
