Skordly, Depending upon how much detail you need, you might find my humble efforts of some use which I posted on one of my Blogs – under label ORBAT. Most everything I've been working on in relation to the Plains of Abraham is labelled under QUEBEC. link Hope this assists.

The best and most detailed book I've found on the forces at Quebec was Osprey Battle Order series #3 "Quebec 1759" which has mysteriously disappeared from the Osprey catalogue. I was only able to find copies in the local public library.

The Osprey Battle Order is on Amazon used for $14.95 USD link I like it but I don't know much about this period or the battle really. It helped me. The link Unlucky General posted looks good too. Thanks for working on it and posting that.
