It's now time for me to paint some German allies for my TYW French army. Though historically not correct (but i liked the flags) I've opted for the Saxon Loeser infantry regiment.
As usual, minis from Old Glory, and a couple of Museum for the gun. More pics there: link Enjoy

I am so tempted to collect this period. While living in Heidelberg, our grouped enjoyed playing the TYW. On a huge stylised map of western Europe we had armies moving all over the continent. Question. The battalion gun seems a bit cramped. The rules do not allow a larger base? Cheers, Robert |

Robert – in FoG:R battalion guns are markers and the suggested base depth for them is 25mm (if playing in 15mm). It is a bit cramped if you also add crew figures. |
