Hello all: This my first attempt at painting historical miniatures; Some ACW Union officers. They look much better in person
Another view of the one above:
These minis are from Renegade and were really nice to paint. More to come

They look very nice! I can tell they are painted very nicely. It's just the bright light that washes the figures out. Try standing them up and highlight from above while taking a pic. |

Cool looking paint job, very nice! |

They look good. What scale? A minor critique: officers' sashes were crimson, i.e. a dark red, not bright red (scarlet) as yours appear to be. Sergeants wore bright red sashes (when they wore them at all). |

Very nice and animated. Don't worry too much about the sash color. I do 15mm and use a brighter more reddish color as a true crimson tends to be hard to distinguish in the smaller scales. Anyway, by Gettysburg most officers had stopped wearing sashes. |

Thanks. As Ive said before the camera doesn't do them justice; I loved painting these minis. Here's a new one:
This one is from Perry Miniatures 28mm (the others are also 28mm). Thanks, Jorge |
