seriously, I am tired of losing to myself half the time
it just really wears me down
sometimes I just have to cry
lol

Aucto Splendore Resurgo16 Jan 2013 4:21 p.m. PST

I count it as a draw and my opponent never objects.

MrMerkava16 Jan 2013 4:22 p.m. PST

^easy to get along with

Brian Smaller16 Jan 2013 4:31 p.m. PST

I hate it when the other guy cheats.

Joshua,
Ah if you play solo don't you lose 100% of the time?

I'm still rolling the dice for both sides, so it's a wonder that either team wins.

Mako1116 Jan 2013 4:43 p.m. PST

Perhaps you need to learn to cheat better, or to stack the odds in your favor…..

M C MonkeyDew16 Jan 2013 4:47 p.m. PST

I always stack the deck against me so I have an excuse…

Ooh Rah16 Jan 2013 4:55 p.m. PST

I prefer to think of it as batting with a .500 average.

Cardinal Ximenez16 Jan 2013 4:56 p.m. PST

Even worse when I gloat over my win…..

LOL, some very funny comments

I guess I'm a bit more schizoid than most of you

anyway, sometimes I cheat against myself, but when I do I scold myself most severely and send myself to bed without supper

so usually I just let the dice decide what the opponent would have done
you know,
on a ten sider,
1 is go straight ahead
2 is stop a turn and fire back
3 is half move and fire
4 is turn full right
5 is full turn left
6 is take a quick nap
7 is go down to the store for a sandwich
8 is turn around and expose all vehicles to flank fire
9 is retreat full
and 10 is surrender and buy the russians a vodka

I hate it when I get into a rules argument

It's the fights over a rules oversite or something not covered. Then I have to get in the middle and have to settle it out.

Brian Smaller16 Jan 2013 6:00 p.m. PST

There is nothing worse when the other guy marks you down for sportsmanship just because you thought his five year old helped paint his army.

TMPWargamerabbit16 Jan 2013 6:18 p.m. PST

Left arm wins 80%+ of the time. Right arm rolls the dice. Trying to figure out the connection.

For the stats record…..

Write with left hand, same for painting miniatures
Bat right handed but know to reverse for field tactical reasons
Throw left handed
Shoot right handed but can switch
Dance with normal frame
Left eye dominates but vision is good
I can tell the difference between left and right hands

Rrobbyrobot16 Jan 2013 6:25 p.m. PST

I win 100% of the time and I lose 100% of the time. Who says you can't have it all?

Mako1116 Jan 2013 6:50 p.m. PST

Perhaps you should watch the Lance Armstrong interviews with Oprah, to get some pointers on "winning"…..

uruk hai16 Jan 2013 8:12 p.m. PST

I hate it when he gets pedantic. Man, its only a game.

John the OFM16 Jan 2013 8:18 p.m. PST

I hate looking at myself across the table.

tmason17 Jan 2013 6:40 a.m. PST

A while ago I was playing a solo game. one side was 'attacking' but kept rolling very low scores on movement rolls so would rarely successfully charge. The other side kept rolling low on shooting scores so kept missing. My daughter asked who was winning and when I explained she said "even when you play on your own you lose".

richarDISNEY17 Jan 2013 8:40 a.m. PST

I hate it when my opponent won't paint his army and I have to do it for him…

I also hate it when he drinks my last beer…
beer

Ron W DuBray17 Jan 2013 11:07 a.m. PST

It does mean that you are playing it right.

Thomas O17 Jan 2013 1:39 p.m. PST

I hate it when my opponent seems to know my every move.

TMPWargamerabbit17 Jan 2013 6:52 p.m. PST

I have placed a mirror across the table…..

StormforceX23 Jan 2013 2:51 p.m. PST

I can read him like a book, know every move he's going to make. Doesn't always help though.
