Irregular makes cows, as well as assorted animals and livestock.

Museum Miniatures have them and offer a January discount. Bulls, I would use the Demonworld herd, found under the Empire listing.

Look at HO scale cows, which are pre-painted. If your figures are larger, like Blue Moon's, they will fit in just fine. Otherwise with smaller 15mm figures, the cows would be a bit beefier.
