I don't know how you'd work it into a wargame, but Shapeways now offers a 6mm model of the French AMX-50 heavy tank with 120mm gun. It's a very nice model, with excellent suspension and basic but very clean surface detail. My copy was in white soft flexible (WSF) material. I'm sure it'd be even better (and considerably more expensive) in frosted ultra detail (FUD).
