When I was at the DoD's EOMI school back in the 1980s, I gave a presentation on African-Americans in the US Army prior to WW1. I enjoyed doing the research. More data that images available. Of course back then we did not have the internet. LOL! Typical scholarly journal footnotes at the bottom. Thanks Armand. |
