It was quite a job to get it finished. For the windows I used a tip from TMP – paint them sky blue, then wash them with ink/future mixed, then slash lines across the windows with white/sky blue.

Indeed. If you have a look at some of the aerial photos of landing zones you will see many of them have bits broken off. I guess that is why the aircraft comes without a tail.
