The first two pages of this Wargames Illustrated article are available on line as a PDF, but frustratingly, not the rest. There seem to be no back copies of April 2011 for sale on the WI site and the one on Ebay incurs massive postage from the USA. Would any kind person in the UK have a copy and be able to help? Any costs will be reimbursed.
