nice tip, I'll be hunting down some of that stuff next time I'm in the big smoke. You've achieved a great effect there.

My own tip is to visit the local kitchen cabinet place and ask them for some formica/laminex offcuts. I cut it on a very old swing arm guillotine and it makes nice, non warping bases.
