Which color should I use for the beak. Bone or Black

Both. Paint the whole beak bone then go back and just do the tip in black.

My parrot has a red and black beak. Looks pretty!

Either or both. Google "styracosaurus skeleton" or "styracosaurus skull" There's evidence of all of the above on there though I like this overall interpretation:

Bone

Not bone.
I vote for chuck05's or Porkmann's interpretations. The straight bone color gives him an almost comic bucky beaver or Bugs Bunny look. For a dinosaur, you want a fearsome, rip-your-guts-out-and-stomp-on-them sort of look.

Does any creature have a bone coloured beak?

Damn, painting dollar store dinos are fun.

I've given up and attempt at reconstructive paleontology and now ask myself, 'what would the art director at Hammer Films do?'

I like the black…

Why just black or bone? think about bird beaks. Perhaps it has one like a touchan!
