Hi All
Ive been looking online and i cant find any photos of these two particular vehicles together to compare.
I know the Airfix model is actually a 1/76 and early on were labelled incorrectly as 1/72 but i was hoping the two would match up or not have much difference in size .
I have several platoons of the Airfix model and i was hoping to add PSC to boost numbers.
Any assistance would be appreciated, thankyou , cheers Tom

I'm afraid Airfix 1/76 kits are noticeably smaller than PSC & other 1/72 kits.

Thankyou for the feedback Chaps

I think i will get a set of the PSC , they will be used spread out across the table and the extra armour will save a few

cheers Tom

Oh, this is where all that traffic came from…
Anyway, you'll find a review of Armorfast's Pz IVD with comparison shots on the same blog within a week or so.
Cheers

Hi,

Very helpful review which may well tempt me away from loads more Napoleonics 28mm stuff.

Cheers,

Paul

Thanks for this Joakim.

Re your comment:

if you're primarily a modeller you will probably be disappointing.

I am primarily a wargamer and I would find these very disappointing…

The PSC Panzer IV is also much taller than the Airfix one. I find them entirely incompatible.

The 'olden days' test was whether you could cross-kit between 2 makes of the same tank. This is impossible with the Airfix and the PSC.

So, on both cosmetic and practical grounds I got rid of the PSC stuff.
