I bought these at a yard sale about 20 years ago. Need help figuring out what they are. Any ideas?

The 4th, 7th, 9th and 11th figures are sold in the UK at historical sites by English Heritage. I also have some from Kinder eggs that are identical. Kinder did a brass range too but with different styled bases. The other figures look similar so probably come from the same source (but I'm not certain). In short, mass produced tat, good for statues. |

They are made by Westair (or something like that) |

Westair figures always look so thin and spindly to me. You will find them at heritage sites in the UK. Never seen them anywhere else. I often wonder why one of the better figure manufacturers doesn't try and compete with them. |

I have three of those from a friend, and never knew where they came from. |
