Continuing my series of blog posts pertaining to my vintage 1970's era Minifigs ECW armies, here are two more regiments of Parliamentary Foote:
"Red" Regiment, Trained Bands
doubtless looking both more red and better equipped than their real life counterparts ever would have!
and the Earl of Stamford's Regiment More on my blog, including links to the re-Enactor sites for these regiments, at: link I might also note in passing that the horrible events that happened in Newtown, CT occurred just a few towns away from me. My thoughts on that incomprehensible tragedy are also on my blog.

Nicely painted. I hae always thought Minifigs, though stiff looking, if painted well look as good as most other figures. |

I'd agree, and I think these ECW figures were among the best they did. |
