link Great to find that Ral Partha figures are still available – it means I can reinforce my 25mm armies without having to resort to 30mm + giants! More on my website: legio-wargames.com Simon |

Wow they look like mini humans instead of cartoon characters. I had forgotten how good Ral Partha were/are |

They really are good figures and beautifully proportioned. But yes they are definitely on the small side compared to today's cartoon characters. |

smacdowall; Boy your bring back memoirs with those figures. I marched across a lot of tabletops with most of those same mini's! |

The Ral Partha "hypaspist" is one of the best phalangite models ever made. IMO few if any model companies have created anything as good in the cartoon world of the 28mm jumbo figure world. I still use them alongside my newer figures
I have them on thicker bases
so they can stay eye to eye with the brutish 28mm giants. Here I needed them to fill out my line for a large game representing Panion
so I kept them on the hill :) link JJ |
