The full title is Bush Fighting: The Waikato War Between British/Colonial Forces and the Maoris, New Zealand, 1863-64 by James Edward Alexander (Leonaur, 2011). It was originally published by James E. Alexander in 1873, he having been present.

It is part of the Regiments & Campaign Series and I purchased my copy at the National Army Musuem, Chelsea, London – a place well worth a visit.

The National Army Museum is certainly a place worth a visit.

The book has some good battle maps that are helpful for wargaming
