Now of course if you look at the photos of the artillery emplacements during the Vietnam war there wasn't really a fear of Counter Battery fire it appears. Robert |

"and than moved back in after the bombardment" That did work on occasion, but is terribly embarrasing if you time the move back wrongly. |

Yep Martin. And some times the point of the bombardment was to get the enemy to move out of their positions. Robert |
