Unbelievable service from Empress minis, ordered placed on Thursday the 29th and figures arrived in Sweden on Monday the 3rd. The figures are great and with their large unit deals you really get the figures at a great price. The figures themselves are fantastic, great details and sculpting, they fit in fine with my Perry/Warlord figures. Thanks Girls!!!! |

Yes, I have always had excellent service from Empress. It is such a contrast to another manufacturer, who shall be nameless. To be fair they do stipulate a fairly long delivery time. When contacted towards the end of that I was told that casting had been delayed because of all the shows!!!! So my order presumably is second class…The figures finally turned up a month after being ordered.
It was a new project and I'll admit my enthusiasm has taken a dent.
I recount all this to illustrate how satisfying it is – and commercially astute – a company that gives great service like Empress.

Thanks guys. Its nice to be appreciated. We have made big changes at Empress to improve on our deliveries as we were not happy with our turn around speed. Credit must also go to the various post offices involved as well as some are super fast. However others are horrendous leaving us to pick up the pieces. This is why we quote long delivery times on the site. It is usually to cover this issue. Once again many thanks. Paul |

Based on the photos I have seen, I believe them to be the most realistic, and proportionally done figures in that range and scale. Is there any plans to produce some proper Thirty Years War Figures…as I am one of those people who refuse use ECW figures for TYW. It is like using AWI for FIW. ilodic. |
