Does anyone know a source of true custom order basing? I like plywood- looking for 1.5mm thickness for 28mm figures. I want to be able to get command bases ala Peter Gilder, Peter Morbey, Doug Mason, et al. with the extending "lip" for a mounted command officer, but don't want to have to jig saw it myself. I sent a letter with diagrams and then a follow up e-mail to Litko but got no response
.Does anyone out provide this base style? |

Litko has been very UNhelpful for my custom requests of late. Now all I see seem to get is, send us a CAD file. Emailing a drawing /w measurements doesn't seem good enough any more. Luckily there are other fish in the sea. These folks might be more willing to do custom work link |

Yes – another vote for warbases. I have only bought 2mm MDF from them, so don't know about plywood. |

I'm really unclear what this "extending lip" is. If you can describe it, I may be able to help you out. |

Renaissance Ink is often asked to do custom bases – size and material. Drop me an email with photo of what you need Im sure we can cut it. jwirth4702@aol.com |

To see a visualization of what I'm attempting to describe, (1) Go to: eliteminiatures.co.uk (2) Click on "Products" (3) Click on "British Napoleonics" (4) Click on "Peninsular Line Infantry" (5) Scroll down to the 7th and 8th pictures from the top- You'll see frontal shots of battalions in line and the command stands will show you exactly what I'm talking about
