Very interesting report, and looks like good fun! I see the Confederates did the Union a favor in both games by killing off McDowell. Wonder how Second Manassas would have gone without him. |

Hi Phil, I am using Bob Cordery's Portable Wargame as the basis for the rules: link (I use the small battle, square grid 19th century set). I have hacked them around a lot, though, but you should be able to get an idea of the basics from reading Bob's rules and the various posts I've made. I am in the process of writing them up at the moment, but that will probably be delayed by my moving house next week :) |
