Some know I have been doing 40mm for Gettysburg for some time. Today I ran across this figure from the old HLBS line of 40mm figures and thought it would be a good fill in for John Burns. The figure is from the NOT The Outlaw Josey Wales" line. See pics:

I am also looking at the Old West line to come up with Stand Watie and his Cherokee braves from the Indians both mounted and dismouted figures.

James, that is an excellent figure to depict Burns.

I fabricated a 15mm version of Stand Watie and his Cherokee Braves for a fellow gamer who was doing Pea Ridge battle.
