Some know I have been doing 40mm for Gettysburg for some time. Today I ran across this figure from the old HLBS line of 40mm figures and thought it would be a good fill in for John Burns. The figure is from the NOT The Outlaw Josey Wales" line. See pics: link link

I am also looking at the Old West line to come up with Stand Watie and his Cherokee braves from the Indians both mounted and dismouted figures. VR James Mattes |

James, that is an excellent figure to depict Burns. I fabricated a 15mm version of Stand Watie and his Cherokee Braves for a fellow gamer who was doing Pea Ridge battle. link Larry |
