I am building a 2.5' x 5' ship interior and would like to put together a ship crew to run around repelling various boarders. They don't necessarily have to look military, more like corporate employees (Think of the movie, Alien, as an example).

Can anyone suggest some decent crewmembers in 28mm? I'm starting with the Heresy and Hasslefree ones first, but I want to get a little more variety in the mix.

Rosie from Reaper is a good fig. though she's very tall next to hasslefree figs at 30mm+.

Basically a not-Kaylee from firefly, she the choice of wrench or gun and is dressed in maintenance clothing.

Those are nice, but are the heresy and crooked dice minis offered from a northamerican shop?

There are a few from Denizen, in 25mm scale.

You might look at the Victory Force Spacefarers line. The have a pack of utility crew in overalls.

Also remember that not everyone is the same height, especially when considering differing homeworld gravities, etc.

Even though Heresy is only available direct, the rates are very reasonable and the service and delivery speed are great.
And he is having a sale.

I've already got a few of the Heresy figures and they are damn fine. Those Crooked Dice figures are fantastic. How did I miss those?

Keep us posted on your project. It sounds very ambitious, as well as interesting.

Effigy miniatures have three crewmembers of the jumpsuited babe variety. Quite nice minis and not really militant (only one has obvious weapons) but a bit too futuristic I would sday to go well with the others so far mentioned. There are a couple of security guard types in the pipeline as well but they are going to be armed and armoured.
