Hi Tim, thanks for the comments! I'm glad you liked the Typhoon. As for the panel lines, it's been a while since I built this kit (actually last Summer, I'm using this blog to show my old stuff first
), but I'm sure it wouldn't have been anything more complicated than a simple black ink wash. I had an old pot of Citadel Chaos Black ink that I kept toping up with water, so it was really rather thinned down (it's too far gone now
). I will have just spread it across with a big soft brush and made sure it made it's way into the recesses. As I said in the post, I am no modeller, so it would have been a technique I use for wargaming figures. You can see where some of the ink has collected on the panels anyway, so it's not perfect! I hope that's of some help! |
