If you're tired of having to use WWII era buildings for your modern and sci-fi games, you now have at least one other option, provided you have access to a printer and various weights of posterboard.

Specifically, this one:

Best of all, it's free.

The download page is here.

Currently, I have no plans to release it in 25/30mm, mostly because I don't game in that scale, and I don't feel that comfortable making a model without actually constructing a prototype.

There's no reason why it wouldn't work if you resized the page and used foamcore instead of matboard, though.

Not wanting to derail your thread, but are those cars Hotwheels? I always wondered if they work in 15mm.

The cars are plastic HO scale cars from wehonest_cn on ebay, and the truck is 15mm scale Toyota technical from Peter Pig.

Hot wheels are significantly larger.

Take a 15mm figure to your favorite toy store. Lots of Hot Wheels work, tho many don't. I've got a ton of them pressed into service – especially oddballs like backhoes.

Thanks for the building. It is just what I needed! I personally prefer Matchbox to Hot Wheels. I have lots and they work well enough.

"…I may first work on a dice tower cleverly disguised as another modern building, because I'm sick of trying to corral all the dice from Ambush Alley games."

I like the idea of that.
