I've just added a load more comparison photos to my site showing the scale/height/bulk of Peter Pig figures against a lot of the other manufacturers – via this link

(Peter Pig and Old Glory)

Very illuminating. How about "Peter Pig, 15mm that are."

All the best

Those Old Glory are huge! I successfully mix PP with Minifigs and Matchlock and Freikorps/QRF. Some ranges do vary in size (Matchlock e.g.), so sometimes it does depend which figures are used.

… but a very useful page, nonetheless …

Thanks for the useful resource.

Yep, I'm mixing some PP with Matchlock and Essex, and probably also Donnington to make a unit of Scots Highlanders, and they all look fine together.

The OG ones here are more in scale with the "18mm" type of figures around today, and seem to be closer to OG's Blue Moon ranges than the OG "perfect match for Essex in height" figures in the Ancients ranges that I also have.

On the same basis, mixing Blue Moon and PP Pirates is a bit iffy to say the least …. luckily Pirates come in all shapes and sizes !
