It's all in the title… Can anyone recommend a good/easy to use set of naval rules for WW2 that are computer moderated?

These have the great advantage of being free. That way if you don't like them, all you've lost is the time spent downloading them.

I'd like to think they're good and easy to use.

Fair warning, though: these are mostly old DOS programs, and very long in the tooth. As I recall I started writing Shipbase III back in 1989.
