I really, really like the converted George Washington mounted figure by Angel/ONIRIAMINIATURES, as featured in Wargames Soldiers & Strategy #63 and posted on his earlier TMP thread."Paint the Legend*" 23 October 2012/American Wargaming thread. TMP link I know that I will never be able to reproduce such an outstanding, yet simple, conversion and I will not try. But how easy or difficult (cost effective) would it be for the Perry Bros to produce such a figure which, IMHO, would be far more popular and useful than the original figure from their AWI range (AW37) with the outstretched arm? Are there other figures out there that could be enhanced by a little modification? |

All Perry Miniatures' mounted command figures in their AWI range would look good as foot figures. Angel/ONIRIAMINIATURES' converted command vignette is splendid. |
