Does anyone make a film style Calot/Woola? In 15mm? I've got a couple of units of the Black Hat martian dogs and they're great but could do with a film one for something else. Something squat with too many legs….

I would look for basilisks, which I think would be a fantasy near-equivalent.

Not that I can think of any in 15mm, anyway!

CC has been in the process of sculpting one, but I'm not sure if he ever finished.

There is this one from TinMan Miniatures:

and ParRoom Station also has one: parroom.net/blog2/. Both are very possible.

Never did finish it, but plan to when I get back home mid December:

I don't have far to go either, but time is in short supply for now.

PS. Wow! I really like that Parroom one. Is it made for 15mm?

CC, yours is exactly what I'm after…. I can wait….

Cheers all.

No, the Parroom model is for his 28mm line.

I would try Bronze Age Miniatures for the Dead Earth Dog.

Has this miniature died a death, please say it will be available soon.

I am with melfort. I would buy a few of these. Ten or a dozen. Might make good beasts for 6mm, with a howdah on top.

Looks like I'll be headed home late March. I can't wait to finish it and set it loose on the world. :)

Excellent news!

Lion in the Stars07 Mar 2013 3:01 p.m. PST

Heck, I'd be in for a few of them myself.

When you do finish Woola please let us know I am sure you have a market out there for him.

Got out of the hospital yesterday, so it's very likely that I'll be flying home Friday.

I'll make sure to make it one of the first projects I finish when I get back home.

Geez, you and those darned hospitals. Always an excuse.

Glad to hear you are doing better, and look forward to seeing the project finished.

I know. Hasn't been all that great these last two years. Thanks though.

Is it the arm/elbow again?

Cacique Caribe20 Mar 2013 11:19 a.m. PST

Lump behind tonsils. Will need surgery to remove it and the tonsils. In the meantime, it's causing havoc to my immune system.
