Hello. I'm looking for two figures that can come as close as possible to matching these parameters:

1) would be a giant hulking brute with pull down cangol style cap, as close to my favorite comic (the Goon) as possible.

Visual reference (the chap with the wrench):

2) the next one would be renowned physicist Stephen Hawking, in wheelchair.

Any suggestions??

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Walt O'Hara

This guy would need a hat, (and has a bit of a paunch) but he seems pretty close to me.

PERFECT.

Black Cat Bases sells empty wheelchairs as a starting point, they also have a mad scientist in one, but I think it would be too much work to convert to Hawking. The same for Pulp Figures' one.

Mega Minis has a guy in a wheelchair in their Modern Civilians range.

The sculpts are not the best, but they have some interesting non-combatant types.

Pulp Figures has a scienctist set with an einstein and a chap in a wheel chair. He's more akin to Prof-X, but some clever putty work and he can be an MC Hawkings (look that one up)

Old Glory has a gent in awheelchair in one of their Superfigs civilian packs, but he looks more like Professor Xavier than Hawkings, and the wheelchair itself is rather primitive looking.

For the Goon, you might be able to get close with Eureka's Victorian Comic Thugs

Hmmm, how about a head swap with the noggin donated by one of Murch's thugs:

and the body coming from Old Glory's Ox here?

The pants are a little off, but he's huge enough to make a fine 28mm scale Goon, and I know from past experience he takes head swaps from regular humans types well. His normal head is about normal size, hence the pinhead look on his huge body.

How about the Atomic cafe 57 mutant
