are any of the corgi fighting machines compadable with 1/72 models. I have some panzer iv's, shermans, and churchiles, and was wondering if they are close enough in size to match with amourfast models?

I always thought they were too big for 1/72 so I went googling. They're actually 1:50. An odd size really.

If you mean the Corgi 'Fighting Machines' die casts, they were generally 'made to fit the box', although the Sherman is almost exactly the same size as the Airfix 1:76th-scale. The T-34, Pzkpfw IV, Churchill, and Panther are close to 1:87th-scale.

Corgi 'Military Collection' die casts are 1:50th-scale.

A have a few and you can tell they are smaller. I use them in their own units.

I've used them extensively for 1/72 and they look fine.

I had some Corgi Churchills, but they were too small to go with my 1/76 models, so I sold them on eBay. As Bob said, they were evidently made to fit the box. Big tanks are undersized and small ones oversized.

I have just bought a couple of trucks from the Corgi, ''Days Gone'' range. They are supposed to be suitable for 25/28mm figures, anyone know if they are or are they a little small? I have nothing to compare them with as this is my first purchase for this scale/size.

The Greyhound was perfect for 1/76-1/72 – and lots cheaper than the Italeri kit………

The T.34 was horribly 'flat' – OK for width and length but way too low to mix with my 1/72nd models

does anyone have any pictures of them next to their 1/72 or 1/76 vehicles of the same type?

The Corgi Fighting Machine T34/76 is actually about 1/79 in scale. These are the only T34s I have so unfortunately do not have any others to compare them to.

the m3a1s are exact 1/72 as far as I can tell. the greyhound gun is too big. the shermans i think are right- i dont own them. the churchill and t34 dont do it for me too small. they would work however if that was all I had.
