Back in August I produced what amounts to a 40th Anniversary issue of the original Garrison Journal and posted it off to a few people. Basically, I didn't put it out to a wider audience at the time because I didn't think most people would consider it worth the cost of a paper copy, I produced it on Publisher, found I couldn't directly transfer it to pdf, and it was a big file anyway. Anyway, I've since scanned a paper copy as a pdf file – not brilliant, certainly nowhere near as good as the original paper copy, and still weighs in at 8mbs, but useable. I'm going through various potential interested parties – It's been posted on the Old School Yahoo site, then on the Garrison site – to sort of drip feed it into circulation – it takes time for me to send it so I'm trying to spread it out a bit! If anyone wants a pdf copy, please email me at jrayoung@gmail.com and I'll attach a copy and send it to you – please don't use the info@garrisonminiatures.com one as it isn't behaving itself.
